Most direct carriers charge lower rates if you have multiple orders and this is where the savings come in. If you are working with a direct shipper from a supplier, your shipping cost would be less if you adhere to it for all of your items. Of course, it is taken into account that if you are satisfied with a drop shipping and your needs are satisfied with a smaller quantity, then you follow it. If you're already a regular customer and have a good relationship with your sender, it's easy to ask them for a favor in the form of a discount. I mean an additional discount apart from what they already give. They usually allow or give favors once you are already a valued customer. It is easy to do it in this state. As for e-retailers that pack and ship their own products, take advantage of cheap packaging materials. In fact, if you just have patience and really do your research, there are free packing materials too. Padding and boxes can be an additional expense. You can get free boxes by going to electronics stores, hardware stores, and gift shops. Better to do it when they unpack new stock.
