It takes planning to set up a new home and a kitchen. And if you enjoy cooking or intend to get into it, then it is extremely important for daily cooking to have a professionally set up kitchen with all the essential pots, pan, utensils, ladles, spoon equipment, etc.

So this article was meticulously written to prepare and shop the different kitchen tools and utensils needed for an Indian kitchen for you.

Cookware Material for Utensils, Pots & Pans

Stainless steel and iron are the most common means of cooking for daily use. These are two long-lasting and excellent means of research for daily cooking. Stainless utensils are extremely useful and important in stainless steel, such as saucepans (thapeli for boiling milk, dal), mixing bowls (for kneading dough), lids for covering the utensils, etc.

20cm Small Stir Fry Pan -  Non Stick (For Omlette, Tadka Etc)

These flat small size pans are ideal for one or two people to make 2 egg omelettes for breakfast or even a stir-fry vegetable or sabzi.

If you don't have a tadka pan at home, this pan is also great for tadka making. If you're looking for reviews of other kitchen items then you can check several review-based website such as priceunder, pricedekho.

Steel Mixing Bowls

Mixing bowls come in different forms. Buy the big ones and the ones that come in at least 3 different sizes. They can be used to make roti atta, to mix flour, to mix imli, and many other uses. When you cook, also keep chopped vegetables and even make cakes, cookies, etc.

Large Kadai / Stir Fry Pan

This is a separate pan, which we absolutely recommend. An absolute must in any kitchen is a broad Kadai or a Wok. And one of our favorites is this one we have shown, as it's hard anodised and works well for making bhindi sabzi, aloo bhaja (potato roast), Chinese stir fry, Hakka noodles, and so much more.

Deep Frying Pan / Iron Kadai

Another pan you have to invest in is deep frying kadai. And if you do, then make sure that it's made from iron. When deep-frying, iron is a great stuff. Since it helps to keep the heat even and makes puri, samosa, etc much easier.

Furthermore, due to oil scalding, you do not have to worry about the kadai getting spoil, as iron naturally needs this oil to maintain it free of rust.

Wooded Ladle Set

Wooden ladles, especially for cooking, are extremely useful in the kitchen. It makes cooking smooth, though cooking food creates less noise. Furthermore, the use of wooden ladles can help reduce wear and tear if you use non-stick as well.
