This will help you narrow your search and find the companies that will buy your car and pay you cash for it. Give them a call and discuss the model and state of your car. Ask them if they will pick the car or do you have to deliver it to them. Then negotiate on the price. Once you get an offer you like, take it and sell your car. 

You can advertise your car in the classifieds including online classifieds. And worst case you can donate your car and write it off in your taxes.
