IMPECCABLE MANUFACTURING

The most effective manufacturing process and technology is used while creating our product range which ensures maintaining accurate crucial factors like temperature, grinding and particle size to furnish a perfect and splendid end product.

Right from the selection of the finest quality raw Universal Stainer to it's processing and packaging, our products are  made with utmost care at every step. After removing the initial impurities, the POP is ground into an ultra-fine powder and put through special process (Isothermic Micronic Process) where the powder is heated at a consistent pre-determined temperature. Simultaneously, the excess silica is also removed completely. Throughout the exercise, the quality of the product is strictly monitored at each stage. This includes recording of all process parameters for complete batch to batch consistency.

Once the fully purified product is ready, it is carefully packed in sealed moisture-proof bags. Thus, each bag reaches the customer in the same perfect condition in which it was when it came off the production line.

Packaging

Moisture proof, fully sealed and tamper proof packaging available in 02, 25 and 40 Kg. packs.

Storage

Shelf life of sealed pack is 3 months.

Use the material before 7 days once the bag is open.

The pack should be kept away from damp places and stored in a moisture free environment.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Clean the surface properly to make it free from dust, oil and other impurities.

• Hacking is necessary before application of plaster on the wall. An alternative to hacking can be application of Sakarni plaster bond to the surface (Following the instructions for application of the plaster bond.)

• To remove undulation make leveling of the wall.

• The surface should be cleaned with water and left to dry before application.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Gypsum plaster should be added to water not vice-versa until a homogeneous mixture is attained. (Water gypsum ratio 70 % )

• Apply Gypsum plaster on the wall and trowel the surface progressively till you attain a smooth finish.

• The recommended thickness of the Gypsum plaster is 10-15 mm.

• Finished surface should be protected from continuous exposure to moisture as it may cause loss of strength.

• Paint should be applied on the surface after the surface is completely dry
