Make Your Own Moroccan Rice Dish - Recipe of Zarda

The Zarda recipe is very famous in Pakistan and in fact, it has been in use for more than 60 years. In the recent years the fame of zarda recipe and preparation has increased. The main ingredients of cards that are used in preparing of this delicious dish are Basmati rice, dried fruits, clarified butter, saffron and desi ghee. To make a mouth-watering dish you can add a variety of delicious spices to it.
Firstly, in this delicious recipe you will need basmati rice or puree rice if you are making it for breakfast. For this you just need to soak the basmati in water for about fifteen minutes and this process should be enough for two servings. In the morning, when your family get up, just pour half cup of this water into a pan that has an inch of gap at the top. Then place this pan in the oven and continue to heat for about 15 minutes.
After this you can take out the cooked Rice Dish . You can keep the rest of the cooking ingredients ready and add a little bit of sugar, cardamom seeds and coriander powder to the cooked rice. Keep the rice aside. Next you will add a small piece of red chilli which should be about the size of a matchstick. All you have to do next is to squeeze the chilli in half cup of water. You will then add this mixture to the zarda mixture after it is mixed completely.
In this recipe of zarda you will have to choose whether you would like to serve it plain or with any spice that you may like to give it. If you are using saffron then you will have to first dry it. You will have to roast it in an oven at about 250 degrees Celsius. Once the powder has been roasted and becomes light yellow in color you can now add sugar and cardamom to the mixture. Once you have added all these things to the rice 1 cup of water should be added. You should then let this mixture soak for about fifteen minutes.
The reason that this saffron recipe of zarda is called pulao recipe is because it starts off by being seasoned with saffron. The reason that this is called pulao recipe is that when you make this at home, your spices do not come with an outer coating so they are not as available when making this at home. This makes the spices available for use in other dishes. You can also buy pulao available in the market. Alternatively, you can also make this at home with dried fruits that you can buy from the market and mix with the dry fruits and saffron.
This is an authentic recipe of zarda that uses the best spices that you can find available. In most authentic recipes, saffron is only used along with cardamom and saffron is mostly used in the middle part of the meal while saffron is mostly burnt outside of the saffron center. However, in this saffron recipe of zarda, you will also find saffron that is mostly burnt outside of the center of the meal. This means that it can be used more as a spice and less as a seasoning.
This dish of zarda is called maska so you must make sure that the ingredients you are using are all natural. You will need to start cooking the rice as soon as you get ready with your recipe of zarda.
