Literature & Fiction are a special category of books for children that deal with topics of daily life. Literature includes fiction works of writers such as William Shakespeare, Mark Twain, Herman Melville, Aldous Huxley, and many more. Most modern children's literature tends to be categorized into two categories: the intended age of the readers and/or intended genre. For Literature & Fiction For Children , children's book for elementary school children would probably not contain very much plot, much less characters unless it was written by a child. On the other hand, adult literature would contain much more plot and far more intricate characters.

Children's Literature & Fiction include various magazines such as the Sunday Review, Town and Country, Good Housekeeping, Ladies' Home Journal, Cookbooks, and others. Many popular television shows including "Seinfeld", "Friends", and "The Simpsons" are fiction and literature for children because of the way they are funny and address social issues. Many children's books are bestsellers in the United States. The books may have some violent content but are still considered to be literature and worthy of being read by children.

Literature & fiction books are not just for children; they are beneficial to adults who may have forgotten what it was like to be a child. We can all learn about life by reading children's literature. Whether you are a child or adult, literature and stories can help you remember certain values and lessons that have been important to you throughout your life. Literature can help us to appreciate things that other people have given up to live their lives. It is beneficial to read children's books because they allow us to experience things that may be too difficult to experience alone.
