The glitter powder is used on many things but it is easy to forget that there are many types of glitter. The most common type of glitter is known as the loose glitter. This is the commonest type and every glitter powder supplier will have it in his stock.  The glitter is finer and it can be used in any product that needs to be given all details.  German glitter is of high quality and it is made by using the glass and it is expensive.

Vintage leaf is a type of glitter that looks like fish food, shards or flake and it is also shiny. It does not have the shimmer as other glitter but it is unique and it makes the object to look good. Tinsel glitter looks like lines and it can be used on the Christmas tree which helps it to have a metallic looking. 

Flocking glitter is soft and it has different colors. These are the common types of the glitter and each one has its own type of glue to be used with it. Many people may avoid applying the glitter since it is inconvenient and messy. However, in this case, the best way is to use a spoon for the project, but this is not good when you are using many color glitter.  You can also use a piece of paper and fold it while applying the glitter powder or you use coffee filter. Even if this may look a hassle for you, you have to know that there are many ways that you can get that glittery look on the projects.

You may also need to have the glitter glue since it has high concentration and it can hold the glitter better which means that you will need less glue.  You may also add the glitter to your project by using the embossing power. Ask the glitter powder supplier if he has it.
