Do these 'leadership Concepts' in every kind from books to CDs to essays to bios help some leaders discover to lead much better? Sure. I am not saying they do not have worth. It simply seems that the majority of what I read has to do with going from one level of leadership to another. Are those individuals that actually require aid? These guys who have currently seen Jesus walk on the water, people healed, thousands astonishingly fed, and Jesus transfigured on the mountain are now arguing amongst themselves who is the learn more best. Perhaps being motivated by the 'achievement' of Jesus and His works, they too wish to participate some of the action. Never ever mind that just a short time ago they were basically 'no ones' with little more to offer than the smell of fish on their clothing. How is it now they are all of a sudden being inspired to greatness? Produce a pastoral care schedule that includes each person on the group. The goal is to spread out the visitation and ministry responsibilities so that the pastor is not doing all of it. This not just makes the churchgoers healthier, but it provides the pastor a break in order to avoid burn-out. Any system that fulfills that goal will be a success but these alternatives may be thought about: splitting the whole churchgoers up into groups with each staff member assigned a group, providing each staff member one week a month to do whatever visitation requires to be done, having the group members make any gos to that emerge on the pastor's day off or when out of town, or having one week a month when the pastor makes no gos to and the rest of the group makes all the gos to. Blue management. The blue leader manifests the effects of the sky and the sea, which are colored blue. Blue management in this sense is an agent of peacefulness and self-control. He or she sparks visions of large horizons to sail to. With the blue leader, the atmosphere in the office ends up being calm and focused.
