When it comes to romance, you can almost always count on one thing: it will be bad. Romance used to be all about falling in love with the perfect person, or finding a way to make your husband or wife fall in love with you. Nowadays, romance seems to have lost most of it's meaning. Romance used to be more about finding your soul mate or being swept away by magic.Romance is important because it keeps you busy from time to time. DEEP THRILLS is an intense, full-length, scifi romance written by Coraline co-author Neil Gaiman. This means that there are lots of kick butt, sexy sex scenes, a deceptively beautiful heroine, and a whole plot that just won't let you forget it's there. It takes place 100 years in the future, in a world in which beautiful, muscular non-human beings are only a part of society. The people living in the underground communities make use of a special substance to create an illusion of a beautiful society. Coraline, a 15-year-old girl, has a fantasy that she wants to fulfill - she wants to find her prince. She believes that if she can unlock the mystery of her alternate world, then maybe she will be able to live a normal life with her parents.
