Finding The Perfect Healthy Snack Recipe

The time taken for preparation is approximately 15 minutes while the cooking time is roughly 40 minutes as well. Moroccan Spiced Wraps are fabulous snacks to serve to guests when they visit. The key ingredients that you will require include four cornmeal or whole wheat tortillas, a large green zucchini which has been cut into ½ inch cubes, two medium yellow capsicums, seeded and cut into ½ inch squares, two tablespoons of melted garlic and Oregano Nutralite and ¼ teaspoon of paprika. You will also require salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder, ¼ teaspoon of mixed herbs, 10-12 chopped olives, ½ cup of sundried tomatoes, a tablespoon of chopped and fresh parsley and 6 whole dried red chilies. You will also need a teaspoon of coriander seeds, a teaspoon of caraway seeds and a teaspoon of cumin seeds.

You will require a clove of garlic which is minced and a tablespoon of vinegar. Soak the chilies in a cup of water for 10 minutes for making Harissa sauce, dry the roasted coriander seeds, caraway seeds and cumin seeds and grind them with the red chilies. Transfer this mixture into a bowl where you will put in vinegar, garlic and salt.  Keep your oven pre-heated to 180 degrees Celsius. Marinate the yellow capsicum and zucchini in a mixture of Nutralite Garlic and Oregano, salt, black pepper powder, paprika and mixed herbs for roughly 10 minutes. Roast vegetables in pre-heated oven for approximately 20 minutes and add in olives, sundried tomatoes, parsley and then stir the Harissa sauce. Put this mixture all over the tortillas and roll them into wraps.
