Management is RELATING, the process of associating with others. What are the processes of relating? How do you relate in mutually worthwhile ways? Where in your life could you take advantage of realising the nominalisation of relationship?

There's an entire category of people who don't constantly see themselves as leaders, but they have that charisma and energy that makes things happen and assists others to do the same. No matter where they are, by virtue of their capability to do something about it and have initiative, they lead others on. The motto of this sort of leader is, "Come on, people!" We'll call this category: an action leader.

Assist them in working and acknowledging on building with their strengths. We all have weaknesses and strengths.
