Hindi news daily "Hindustani" has released a new word document for the admit card of the Hindi Ministry of Education (NE) that will be used for clearing the entrance exams for Class XI & XII. The word document will include details of topics that will be studied in each subject for preparing the admit card for Hindi teachers in distant areas. Details of the format for the admission will also be included. The complete course outline/subject list for the exams will be included along with the syllabus, topics, and subjects to be passed at every stage of the education. The grammar and vocabulary tests will also be included.

According to the latest official notification, HSSC Grammar Preparing Course Admit Card will be introduced on Dec 30th, 2021 that will last for a period of three months. As earlier scheduled, the Hindi Grammar Preparing Course Admit Card will be introduced on the same day for all students who are in the process of preparing for the gate exam for Hindi teachers post-graduation. In this matter, the HSSC has taken a few steps to reduce the pressure on the aspirants by introducing the mandatory document of an admit card along with the curriculum review. The students have to fulfill a few points and get admitted to a suitable school before they are entitled to the exam.

Students who are in the process of clearing their exam for the first time can log in to the website of the NE before the start of the exam on the 24th of January to download the admit card. For accessing the website of the NE, one needs to register. There is no fee for accessing the website. The exam will start on the twenty-second day of the month of January next followed by the final exam on the last date of the month of the same year.

The students can log in to the website of the NE on the day of the release of the admit card. This will enable them to check the contents of the syllabus for the upcoming exams. They can obtain the syllabus of the exam in electronically or the hard copy. In case of the students obtaining the syllabus in the electronic format, they will get the files electronically by email.

There are some technical glitches that may occur during the entire time procedure. This may include the failure of the system to open or shut down properly, connection problems, downloading of material etc. The technical glitches can be resolved by the use of the support CD. The student can carry out the entire process from his home or office, only when he has a laptop. For further details on the subject, the syllabus, the test procedures, iims of the exams, sample questions and answers, test sheets etc are available online as well.

The students can get access to the downloaded admit card by filling up the registration form available on the website. The fee of the downloaded course pack is not more than . The students can obtain the complete course material at no extra cost. After obtaining the course material, the student need not worry about getting a hall ticket. The student can study at home or leave the venue of the centre for further education.
