The main purpose of electric screwdriver is tightening of application. Currently electric screwdriver is performing well by its performance in various electronic as well as mechanical industries. Kilews electric screwdriver is very popular in term of accuracy. Kilews screwdriver is not different from conventional manual screwdriver, both serves the same purpose of tightening of application. But instead of manual operation the electric screwdriver is having electric motor to tighten the application very easily. These electric screwdriver work on the principal of clutch mechanism, in which clutch is used to adjust the torque of the tool. Electric screwdriver are two types based on the source of power supply i.e. AC type electric screwdriver and DC type electric screwdriver.

Dc type screwdriver is a brushless motor screwdriver where Kilews also introduced the counter display controller which is having various features like OK, NG, OKALL, Slow start ,Auto reverse, Auto forward etc. Slow start feature can also be set on Kilews controller which is used to reduce the speed of the tool from 30% to 90%, the program parameter to set this is from L1 – L9 along with this we use to set the time of slow start.

In controller there is also a HI/LO switch on the control panel of the controller from there we can also control the speed of the screwdriver.

The main benefits of this feature is that, Operator can easily judge the tightening condition of the application whether the screw is tighten good or not. Slow speed helps to fit the screw according to thread, which can avoid cross threading.
