How to Choose the Perfect T-Shirt

Why texture matters

T-shirts come in a wide range of mixes, but the 100% cotton tee is still the highest quality level. Why? Since it's soft, strong, and most breathable.

In any case, there's something to be said for mixes. A 50/50 polyester-cotton mix will be less apt to recoil in the clothes washer, and wrinkles will shake out without any problem. Drawback: it might pill all the more effectively and make you sweat more.

It couldn't be any more obvious, it's anything but difficult to make a T-shirt. This is the reason factories can produce them for . But with better creases and trims, your T-shirt will fit better and last more. We could sit here and talk about tape creases and single versus triple needle stitching, but let's be realistic. Cost is often an intermediary for quality of construction.

A brand zeroed in on quality nuts and bolts will give you creases that lie flat and move openly—we like the natural wrap of the exemplary team neck tee.

With a T-shirt, plain is acceptable. But as far as possible, fresh start, just-a-white-crewneck plain can make you seem as though you're in your undershirt. Or then again like you're about to go for a run.

Simple solution, add a pocket. It has the barest hint of dressiness—but we'd never call it "dressy." And, truly, we're picking on utility. At the sea shore, it's a great spot to put a collapsed note.

To V or not to V?

Slipover versus team neck—individuals have profoundly entrenched assessments about this. But, by and by, your body is your guide.
