• Keep light weight clothing: Instead of keeping heavy clothing, you must keep light weight clothing to make some more space for the heavy jackets. Instead of keeping lots of tops and t-shirts, you must keep only a couple of your comfortable ones, with one or two dresses, if planning to party and 2 pairs of your perfect fit jeans for adventure trekking.
• Waterproof jackets and shoes: Since Iceland remains wet and cold for most part of the year, you should carry rain coats, water proof jackets and shoes. Make sure to carry comfortable shoes since there is a lot of walking. Avoid heels.
• Basic stuff: From your toiletries, to other basic stuff, you must carry them with you. Some of the things can be quite expensive for the travelers over here; hence it is not advisable to spend money on random things.
• Avoid carrying too much cash: There is no need to carry a lot of cash with you on Iceland trips since most of the stores accept cards. You can carry an international traveler’s card with you for paying all the bills.
