Are shipping container houses a good investment?

Shipping Container Rental is an exciting opportunity for artists in the art community. Thanks to a newly established grant app , up to four artistic artists will be taking over shipping containers put up around downtown Grand Rapids, making their imaginative work a sexy focus for the city. Artists will utilize these container houses to exhibit their artwork during the months of May through August. The container houses will soon be available to rent by the month or a full year, depending on the grant the artist receives. In addition, a number of these artistic entrepreneurs will be working closely with local companies to give free space to display their products. Art enthusiasts can see Pure Michigan, situated in West Oakland, to learn more about applying for this financing. The notion of using shipping containers as a stage for traveling street art comes out of artist Chad Timothy's want to make an experience that resembles a cross between a pub and a street fair. "The container was a blank canvas," he said. "We painted on it, whatever came to mind." Along with housing his street art gear, Tim also serves as the event's organizer, responsible for organizing the different aspects of the day-a pre-show assembly, an opening reception and post-show activities like photo shoots. Visitors can satisfy the four artists working to transform shipping containers with free tours throughout the months of May through August. Another artist included with the grand rapids' shipping container revitalization campaign is Michigan established artist Gabrielle Reece. She'll be transforming shipping containers used by the Grand Rapids Area Development Corporation as part of its road arts program to beautiful works of permanent street art. Along with her artwork, the development company will utilize the spaces to house cheap offices and tables. The expectation is not just to rent a shipping container, but to find a way for the artist to carry out his art. He sees it as an opportunity to discuss some of his creative vision with others and a way for him to showcase his own music. "This is actually my most exciting moment in artistic creation, I believe," he states. "I can not wait to show off it at home or anywhere we go. It's such a liberating feeling." He continues,"I would love to see people take advantage of what we're doing in terms of promoting the arts" For more details please visit Shipping Container Rental.
