1.Using the knife

2.Opening and closing the knife

Grip the knife using your non-dominant hand and use your other hand to slowly pull the blade out. Make sure the blade doesn’t snap back into place otherwise you could get hurt. After this, hold the thicker part of the blade and pull it completely out of the case. Follow the same process in reverse to close the blade. Grip the base using your non-dominant hand and the dominant one to close it. Hold the thick part of the blade carefully and push it back into the case.

3.Passing the knife

Whenever passing the pocket knife to someone else, make sure it is properly closed. If you have to do it with the blade open, follow a proper way to do it.
Hold the knife by its blade and make sure the cutting edge of the blade is facing away from the receiver’s hand. The receiver should take it by the handle. After they take the handle, you can let it go.
