Let?s Meet The Nominees Of The Biggest Lux Style Awards 2014

Karachi: After the successful success of the Lux Style Awards in the 2013 the various categories under the satellite plays, Hum TV and once again it will come front runner with fifteen nominations in the five most categories in Lux Style Awards 2014.
With the international highly praised Pakistani dramas that are receiving excellent reviews all around the world, where these channels are broadcasted. The Pakistani actor who is giving their best performance in the serial Zindgi Gulzar Hai fame Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed are nominated for the best actor and actress category. Whereas, for the best writer and best director’s category Umera Ahmed and Sultana Siddiqui has been nominated respectively.

This is the 13th Lux Style Awards 2014 that is announced in the Karachi last week. In this 27 categories are announced from the four disciplines of film, music, fashion and television. Each category will be judged by experts of the each category independently by four juries.
Fashion jury nominated ten fashion categories, which are:
- Best men’s wear
- Best male / female Model
- Prêt
- High street
- Luxury Prêt
- Best make-up and hair styling
- Lawn designer
- Best emerging talent
- Best photographer

- Song of the year

Television nominees are in eight categories, which are divided in best satellite (actor, actress, and drama) and best terrestrial (actor, actress and drama). The selection of the winner will be depending on the viewer’s choice vote.
Best write and best director is combined category satellite and terrestrial, each of the categories will be decided by the TV jury. The nominees of this sector were evenly divided amongst all top channels of the Pakistan entertainment. The hum tv dramas is the best family channel, but the award show will be telecast nationally on the ARY Network and held later this quarter.
