Description: This material is the compound of high-pressure-molded ferrite coupled with binder, usually PA 6, polyimide, or PPS, binder option depends upon the application context. This material is the most used for electrical applications and can be used to construct almost all types of electrical cable; coaxial, optical, digital, and coaxial/anode pairs. Also, this material is used for manufacturing different parts of electronics like connector, terminal connectors, switch contacts, crimp terminals, etc. This material is highly used in circuit board manufacturing and can be found in almost every electronic product.

Uses: Most of the mechanical components that are required for work in a given area require these materials because of their unique characteristics and performance. After the die-molding process is complete, the new shape will then be polished by high pressure rollers. The finished product will then be cooled down in a molder and then shaped into a final production product.
