The residential colonies of are based on Gardens and Baags. There are many “Gardens” in Delhi- Rajauri Garden, Raja Garden, Salimar Garden, Vishnu Gardens etc and the Baags are Karol Baag, Moti Baag, Meera Baag, Salimar Baag, Gulabi Baag etc. These all colonies of Delhi are based on green themes. So, that these colonies were given the name or Baag and Garden. The same way many colonies were given the Vihar, it has also the inherent themes, Vihar are nothing but Buddhism Monasteries but these monasteries have lush green surroundings. So, considering this aspects, during 30-40 years ago where these regions were given to shape named vihar after considering the green elements of the region. There are also many vihars in Delhi, like – Paschim Vihar, Ashok vihar, Soniya Vihar, Ghandhi vihar, Indira Vihar, Nehru vihar etc. These Vihar have huge green elements. If you visit to Ashok vihar then this region is very green and huge lush green forest type parks. Now after getting this background of past years, we are going to shift our attention in present scenario.

In present time these concepts of Vihar, Gardens and Baags are being replaced by Golf couse view, forest and Valley, these modern concept of residential development have huge green elements but the concept of old keys became no more relevant in present day. The concept of Golf view, foreste and valley are giving green impression of Greens in Noida region. So, in one line we can say the development of residential complexes in present time are going in the same way but due to technological inventions, we are able to put some new innovative ideas and give manicured rolling greens which are for both recreation and green elements Unnati Fortune World, a famous project of Noida but we don’t get any green name in it, so we should not think this project doesn’t have Golf course.
