Is a Counsellor accredited to operate in the area of marriage counselling in Guildford? If so can they operate from the town of Guildford and what are the solutions they provide? I have this from my research on the internet, I looked at the site of the Counsellor Godalming which is based in Guildford - Surrey.
The website says they are a"Gathering of over 150 Professional Marriage Counsellors". They are all licensed by the Marriage and Relationships Council of the United Kingdom (now Called the NMC). This gives them a certain amount of credibility. They're Also an"Oral Service Provider" accepted by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA) and the Sexual Harm Prevention Trust.
I know that this really is a privately owned company, but it still seems somewhat strange they are licensed as a counseling service provider in the UK when they're an establishment that's publicly listed. Guildford High Street is also home to the very successful Christian Life Group. Does this imply that either of these businesses are in breach of the Franchisor's Code of Professional Practice and if so why?
I'd be surprised if this was accurate, but I wouldn't dismiss the chance. Of course I've seen the name'Godalming' on several business cards and'clergy'. In addition, I know the address of the premises, but it does not actually ring a bell. Also I checked their references department, and there does appear to be some info there about this Marriage Counsellor Company, however it appears they are only licensed in the UK for Marriage and Family Therapy, and it is a much different location.
Another licensed Marriage Counsellors is in the United States of America. It would also be fascinating to see what Licensing and Certification they have obtained. It appears There Are other names on their business cards and it May Be a good idea to check these out too.
