There removing valor in 6.0 and you can do the black prince quests untill the launch in nov.But the drop rate for secrets and runestones is going to be beyond horrible again. the point of that buff is really just to make that particular grind manageable. test of Valor is cake in comparison, since you are guaranteed valor, but you are not guaranteed runestones. hell, abysmal drop rate of seals is why I originally stopped trying for this quest in a first place. if not for the buff, i wouldn't have resumed, personally.
