It is known that leaders are also in a continuous learning procedure. A pioneer faces mental, moral and physical challenges during his tenure. He should improve his experience and learn from such challenges. If he fails to do so, then it is a failure on his part. • Insufficient communication between the leader and the team members causes a problem in the workspace. If any provider faces low employee productivity, reduced morale, and high-stress degree, it requires immediate attention. It can be worked out through appropriate two-way communicating regarding the issue. • Among the most common mistakes made by leaders is that they don't innovate their approaches. They assume that their older methods which have proven to deliver success will continue to do so. But they must understand it is vital to change their methods once the work environment changes. • Being appreciative can cause the Team members becoming disappointed.
