Afterwards, you will be able to launch WoW.exe (after adjusting the Realmlist file). Then you're all set, and can reach level 70, get into Black Temple and get your T6 gear! In general, TBC is a rather popular expansion, and luckily there are also a few quite good servers out there, to be playing on. It is however said that Blizzard plan to move on to TBC as their next expansion, for their legacy project. That's definitely something you should keep in mind, before you play and start on a fanserver.
