Travelers strolling along the Su Causeway will feel like walking in a picture. The scene “Spring Dawn at Su Causeway” also called “Misty Willows on the Sides of the Six Bridges”. Walking in the gorgeous and very picturesque place, travelers will see all the six arch bridges.

The way along the road is landscaped with trees and flowers. Su causeway is nearly an hours’ walk. It is comfortable to sit on the stone bench by the lake. The stone bench is so near the lake that travelers can stretch their legs into the cool water to take a break. It is better to walk on weekday morning or evening, because there will be a lot of people at weekend.

Another thing named after Su Dongpo is the delicious food, Dongpo Pork. Dongpo Pork is the trademark dish in Hangzhou. The pork is quite tender, so eaters can pry it into small pieces easily. It is a lot of fat, but after a long time cooking, it results in its greasiness.

The Su Causeway is leading to the Leifeng Pagoda, a good place for seeing spectacular afterglow. Near West Lake, Lingyin Temple is a cultural and historical must-visit place.
