Mail Order Marijuana is Increasing Day by Day.

Erectile dysfunction:

Many people call horny goat weeds "natural Viagra". Despite the lack of quality research, there is some evidence that horny goat weeds can help men with certain types of sexual dysfunction.

Horny Goat Weed contains a substance called icariin that blocks a protein associated with erectile dysfunction known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). 3 Under normal circumstances, the body naturally suppresses PDE5 levels. This does not occur in many men with erectile dysfunction.

Scientists have found that icariin functions much like Viagra (sildenafil) by suppressing PDE5 activity. However, it turned out to be weak even in vitro. Compared to Icariin, Viagra was 80 times more powerful.

It does not mean that horny goat weeds do not improve a man's erectile ability. In addition to a clear placebo effect, the supplement can stimulate enough blood flow to elicit a positive reaction in men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction.

Bone health:

Phytoestrogens are phytoestrogens found in horny goat weeds and other plants. Some believe that phytoestrogens are beneficial to postmenopausal women who are experiencing bone loss due to low estrogen levels, as they have the ability to mimic estrogen.

Scientists supported by a research grant from the Shanghai Health Department and a Hong Kong Competitive Designated Research Grant treat 85 postmenopausal women with placebo or phytoestrogen supplements extracted from horny goat weeds. Tested the hypothesis by doing. 300 milligrams of calcium per day.

After two years of treatment, researchers reported that horny goat weed extracts seemed to help prevent bone loss. Bone turnover markers (a measure of how well bone is remodeled) were significantly superior in the phytoestrogen group compared to the placebo group. In addition, horny goat weeds were not associated with many side effects seen in women taking oral estrogens, including endometrial hyperplasia (irregular thickening of the uterine wall).

In addition, icariin, the same substance used to treat erectile dysfunction, helps reduce cartilage destruction in people with osteoarthritis. Animal studies have suggested that inhibition of PDE5 may help retain cartilage collagen matrix better. This substance is irreversible, but it can slow the progression of arthritis and keep people mobile.

Possible side effects:

According to the National Institutes of Health, horny goat weeds are considered safe when taken in the correct dose. When used at high doses, it can be toxic to the kidneys and liver.

Keratin goat week should be avoided in certain individuals whose use can complicate or exacerbate their condition. 5 Among them:

Dosage and preparation

Horny Goat Weed can be found in many drug stores and health food stores and is available in the form of capsules, powders, tablets, or tea. Some doctors believe that the appropriate dose is believed to be about 5 grams per day. However, there is not enough evidence to accurately determine the appropriate dose.
