Although, reduction in time and cost is not WDC’s main objective, since implementation Council, has achieved time savings of around 8%, which is tipped to increase to at least 15%.

WDC was shortlisted as one of two finalists because of its remarkable advancements in project management maturity, achieved in such a limited time horizon.
