I acknowledge that incompetence is the norm in Miami, but having to wait over 2.5 hours for a pre-employment drug screen is outrageous, especially while the employees are clearly not busy, in the back laughing and joking in Spanish. I also had came the day before, but was turned away because testing "ends at 2:00 pm." Then why is your closing time listed as 3:00 pm? Get better at your jobs.Recommended ReviewsTo start the location has free WiFi. WOOOOOO. they also have a small coffee station, water dispenser, and a tv in the waiting room. Everywhere you go there's going to be a wait time just like a doctors office. The staff was super kind and they explain all the papers you sign as you're signing it. Also the test you're going to do is explained to you once you go into the room so no surprises. I for one don't like surprises at places like this. This is m first visit here and my appointment was at 12:45 and I was seen maybe 15 minutes or so after which isn't bad because there's been places that I've waited almost an hour or so. Only three people in the waiting room, not 65 as I'm used to in many of the Quest labs around Miami. The building is elegant, the premises of this business sparkling clean, the receptionist very pleasant and assuring, the technician helpful and totally competent. AND CLEAN!! Everything was in immaculate order. I was out the door 45 mins later. I'm so glad my insurance decided suddenly to drop Quest Labs from their list of vendors; I would not have looked for another lab if that circumstance hadn't forced me to. I'll definitely come back here. Valet parking (although not needed in the wee hours of the morning), coffee shop in the building for those of us who need to fast before the test.RecommendedI have come here in many occasions and I have never paid for parking. I come early so I will be tested promptly. The lab is a Spanish neighborhood so it is understandable that the customers and the staff speak their language.
