Most non-toxic alternative cancer treatments require rigid dietary changes to bolster the disease fighting capability. Some of these dietary changes include switching with an alkaline diet, going vegetarian, and limiting high glycemic foods. These types of diets will continue to work with Protocel also, but that's not the principal concern. The primary dietary concern with all the Protocel is to limit consuming foods that truly obstruct Protocel, which enable it to lead it to become ineffective. The 3 main dietary concerns are: Vitamin C Selenium Vitamin E First, Vitamin C, experts on Protocel say to take no more than 100 mgs. daily. Do not consume any citrus fruits or juice. You can accomplish a web search to find out the Vitamin C content in the fruits and vegetables you like to eat. Seems easy enough. Try to eat both some fruit and veggies every single day. One more thing, you can eat cooked vegetables because cooking your vegetables basically destroys the vitamin C. Things are a lttle bit less clear in terms of Vitamin E and Selenium. While it is known that Vitamin E and Selenium interfere with Protocel, professionals aren't sure precisely how much can be safely consumed. I'm going to list the most notable 10 foods while using highest Vitamin E and Selenium content, after which I'm going to have recommendations determined by my personal experiences. Top 10 foods an excellent source of Selenium 1. Brazil nuts 2. Shellfish, oysters, mussels, and whelk 3. Liver 4. Fish including canned tuna 5. Sunflower seeds 6. Bran, wheat, rice, and oat, includes wheat germ 7. Caviar 8. Bacon and pork chops 9. Lobster and crab 10. Shrimp I want to give you some guidelines on Selenium based on my own research and experience. First of most, Brazil nuts are just off the charts in Selenium content, so I would recommend completely keeping away from eating Brazil nuts. Everything else out there could be eaten sparingly. Let me define what I mean by, "without excess. " No greater than twice a week, and then only in modest amounts. For example, canned tuna, only ½ cup. When consuming any kind of bran, only ½ cup. Any kind of fish, shrimp or pork chop, a portion about the height and width of your fist or perhaps a pack of cards is a good rule of thumb, but again, no more than twice each week. Top 10 foods full of Vitamin E 1. Wheat germ oil 2. Sunflower seeds 3. Almond butter 4. Almonds 5. Sunflower oil 6. Safflower oil 7. Hazelnuts 8. Peanut butter 9. Peanuts 10. Cooked Spinach The guidelines for Vitamin E act like those for Selenium. Wheat Germ oil is pretty much over charts so I would definitely stay completely from that, (and wheat germ generally speaking as an example. ) Everything else can be consumed in moderation. I think the important thing here is usually to consume small portions. Most of the items listed are nuts, so I would say only an oz or about 2 tablespoons after which a maximum of every day. Personally, I choose foods at the bottom of the list and avoid the foodstuffs at the superior of this list. For example, for Protocel users, peanut butter is preferable to almond butter since it has less Vitamin E. Now I want to inform you of my own, personal diet that I'm using during Protocel to take care of my breast cancers. I'm not sure I've got all of it determined yet, and I'm still over a learning curve so I'll just give you the best information that I can. First coming from all you'll want to avoid all refined sugar. You should also avoid white flour, white rice, and pasta, (you are able to have whole fiber pasta or brown rice. ) This is because cancer cells want to prey on sugar. Fortunately, replacing sugar using a healthy substitute like Stevia makes sacrificing sugar pretty all to easy to do. For breakfast I usually eat a buckwheat pancake with some fruit on top whether sliced banana or raspberries. That's because that merely happens to be what I want to eat, but there are endless possibilities. You can have eggs and wholemeal toast, oatmeal, whole fiber bagel and cream cheese, buckwheat or wholegrain pancakes, pretty much anything as long as you stick to the guidelines I've listed. For lunch I almost always eat chicken or some hormone free beef. Again, there is plenty of flexibility using what you are able to have by using it. I'm going to list some from the choices that I like but so long as you stay from the guidelines you are able to basically enjoy your preferred foods. You might have to simply tweak them a little include them as a little healthier, like substituting Stevia for sugar and whole wheat grains flour for white flour. Here goes: 1. A sandwich constructed with Ezekiel 4:9 bread or whole fiber bread 2. A salad with iceberg lettuce, a small number of cashews or almonds, grapes, goat cheese and sugar free dressing. 3. Homemade vegetable soup or chili 4. Tacos, tostadas, or perhaps a burrito made out of Ezekiel 4:9 tortillas. 5. Hamburger using a wholemeal sugar free bagel. 6. Most cooked vegetables, (I rarely eat either fresh or cooked broccoli or cooked sweet potatoes since they're relatively an excellent source of vitamin C, though occasionally in small amounts it's OK, ie. 1/2 cup. ) For supper I mostly stay vegetarian, though not at all times. I'm big on kinds of legumes. I make killer lentil soup, black beans, and fava beans. I actually like eating healthy foods, however, if you just aren't a health-nut at all like me that's OK, there in fact is a lot of flexibility so that you'll be able to still enjoy most of your preferred foods. Just stick to bandar qq that I've listed. The following is often a list of some from the things I eat for supper: 1. Lentil soup, split-pea soup, or vegetable soup, (my vegetable soup has meat inside it. ) 2. Pizza constructed with an Ezekiel 4:9 tortilla, pizza sauce, and mozzarella. 3. Whole grain spaghetti with sautéed mushrooms and veggies inside sauce. 4. Hard-boiled egg, an apple, plain yogurt mixed with vanilla and Stevia, plus a homemade muffin, (made out of whole-wheat flour and Stevia). 5. Black beans and brown rice, which has a low vitamin C fruit, (peach, pear, or an apple. ) 6. Ezekiel 4:9 toast with sugar free natural peanut butter. 7. Millet, (a grain similar to rice but healthier. ) and ground fava beans and marinated chicken. I don't always have the discipline to eat the ideal Protocel diet. I do drink 2 cups of coffee everyday, 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup inside the afternoon. Coffee will not interfere with Protocel most cancer diets strictly prohibit coffee. It's also challenging to do well when eating in a very restaurant and sometimes I scarf down several components of pizza. I've recently been proven to go face-first into the basket of chips with the Mexican restaurant. I also share the occasional Diet Pepsi with my son. Sweets don't tempt me a whole lot of but sometimes I eat sugar free soft ice cream sweetened with Splenda, or perhaps a few bites of some cake or possibly a cookie. I really do try to keep this kind of blatant cheating to a minimum however in most cases only slip up about once or twice a week. One thing that I'm pretty disciplined about is ensuring I take my Protocel before eating any breakfast. I always take Protocel a minimum of ½ hour or preferably 45 minutes before lunch. I also drink a lot of pure water. So it is possible to see there is a lot of flexibility along with your diet throughout Protocel, and there is certainly plenty of room to savor your selected foods with just a number of adjustments like switching to Stevia rather than sugar and whole-wheat flour as an alternative to white flour. I have found that making these small alterations in my meals are pretty painless and I don't feel without the benefit of eating the best foods. This is just a broad guideline and I don't claim they can know all the answers, but I wanted to share the info that I have uncovered to try to offer you the best chance at becoming successful with all the Protocel
