They extremely unprofessional. They made me wait for 40 minute on rainy day for a wire transfer. When I asked if I should go somewhere else rather waiting a stupid banker said "yes you should, our computers are down" WTF! Couldn't you say that 40 min ago?

I have had a BofA account for decades, (actually since I was an executive secretary at the downtown headquarters back-in-the-day!) and one branch may just be like any another bank branch, UNLESS you happen to have the good fortune to be expertly assisted by Joaquin De La Torre, a Relationship Manager at the Diamond Heights branch. I had to make a fraud claim, of a minor amount of $, and nevertheless, Mr. De La Torre worked on my behalf, helping navigate through the bumps along the way. He was diligent and thorough and did not 'rest' until every aspect of this issue was settled for me. I have rarely had the good fortune to be treated with such professional courtesy by one so clearly committed to doing their job with skill and warmth. I think BofA is fortunate to have an employee who does the bank so proud. Thank you again Joaquin De La Torre!

Bank of America closed 3 small business accounts of mine without any warning and with no recourse. Very not fun experience. By the time I got another bank lined up my accounts had gone into "restricted" mode and I couldn't have them wire the money or get a cashiers check... so my business is out of my working capital account until further notice....

The lines at this location are unacceptable. I have never seen more than 2 tellers at once. I suspect this branch is understaffed given the financial circumstances of the population it serves. Worth less to us? Then you can pay with your time. (Expect 20-30mins on peak days, easily 10ppl in line at any time.)

I just opened up an account there with Stacee, their branch relationship manager, and it was without a doubt the most pleasant first time experience I've had in a bank then I can remember? In fact I commented to friends that I was fearful I would get a "big bank" clinical process in opening up an account there, and it was the exact opposite. JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Citibank... You should come to this branch and watch how Stacee runs her biz!

Sorry, but stopping by after work around 4:30pm I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. There were 2 employees helping out, but all of a sudden one of the employees decides to start walking around and doing stuff in the back. Excuse me, but there is a line of about 5 people and we are not moving. I don't think there is something that important to tend to in the back (I can see her doing nothing) that you can help move the line along. Pretty frustrating, but most BofA's are like this. Always a long line and no workers.

This bank takes forever every single time its a long ass wait. Not sure if its the tellers or always short on staff or what but man avoid this branch if possible if you are in a hurry.

Longest line I have ever stood in for a bank. And slowest. And rude customer service, making an elderly woman stand in line who clearly needs two people (her granddaughter and daughter) to help her walk. Good grief.

Why aren't there designated lines for people with disabilities. It hurts to wait in line!

I am a regular customer for this branch lately I Have seen a new guy on teller very rude no Customer service experience. I never met this kind of people in bank teller, I guess management needs to train him how to talk with Customer and give better service.

I have been a very long term customer of this branch of Bank of America. In general, the customer service has been poor and whenever you need service from the bank you will usually get some type of sales pitch to buy their products. Recently there have been reports of coin shortages in circulation and I asked Diana who I believe is an assistant manager if I could bring in a large number of coins. She told me that unless I have a business account at the bank, they will only accept rolled coins. This bank certainly could easily arrange to take coins and electronically count them for you rather than have you waste hours of time rolling them. If you look at the slogans this branch has posted outside their office you will see that in spite of what they say, they do not have our back and we are not in this together.

Just the worst. Only one teller working and tells the whole line of people she is going to be 15 mins with ONE customer. This place has the worst customer service and a store manager that tries to sell you every loan they offer. Why would I ever open more accounts with you when you cannot handle the ones I do have. I've been really happy with Bank of America in general but I would advise steering clear of this branch. Try Castro where they have way more people working, and better customer service.

Staff at this branch are incompetent. I met with an officer to arrange a transfer between my account and my landlord's B of A account. He assured me that it was taken care of, but the transfer never went through and I was in arrears (trouble) with my landlord. So I went back and asked to speak with a different officer in order to fix the problem. This officer arranged, against my instructions, to have two transfers a month in two different amounts withdrawn from my account. In other words, the bank is siphoning money out of my account without my permission. I suggest that you keep and eye on your accounts and transactions; they may not be what you intended. Better yet, try a different bank.
