Home Depot in Brooklyn 11205230 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205ReviewsIf I could give them no stars at all I would ! I went to order a special set of doors and Kim was just absolutely rude ! Didn't have a mask on her face and just rude ! We asked for white doors she gave us pine and said there were no white options!RecommendedIf I could give negative stars I would. I didn't even want one star! This is absolutely the WORST Home Depot I've EVER been to. I've asked 4 different people to call for keys to be made, 1/2hr later still no one. There are employees walking around hands in their pockets without a care in the world as though customers don't need assistance. Home Depot has got to do better in general. This is too large of a store for this kind of crappy service.ReviewsDo not order from Home Depot, they have the world's worst customer service. You will spend hours and hours trying to get through and if you do manage to get a "courtesy return" then they will tell you to leave it on your front porch for UPS to pick up (even if you live in midtown Manhattan) or return it to a local store (even though all the local stores are closed due to coronavirus precautions). They will even tell you that all of your local stores are open.2. Home Depot in New York, NY 1001040 West 23rd St New York, NY 10010RecommendedWhen you get the right guy there, he can help you like a pro. We fixed our leaky sink with their help after no plumber was available during a busy holiday weekend.RecommendedI have been in this Home Depot a countless amount of times over the years whether it's for plants or home improvement projects. I am always so grateful for how kind and helpful the employees are (especially as a young woman). They know city people need to get creative and they've always helped me figure out my projects!Recommended ReviewsLarge store, several floors. There is everything, even if it is located in the tight city. Somehow they managed to get everything in despite Manhattan's overcrowding. Kind service, average prices. public toilets, several quick payment stations etc.3. The Home Depot in Brooklyn 11232550 Hamilton Ave Brooklyn, NY 11232RecommendedI had an amazing experience at this Home Depot. I didn't spend too long in the store as I only needed one thing but the customer service was great. They knew where what I needed was and was very helpful in giving me recommendations. Zakee was very helpful and kind even when I interrupted him when he was restocking the shelves. He was also very patient and kind when I was translating for my mom what he was saying and recommending.Recommended ReviewsFantastic experience today at Home Depot.Sherry Davis was so helpful!I walked in way overwhelmed - we discussed my project and she helped me get everything I needed.Best ReviewsWent shopping for a new washer and dryer last weekend. They had a limited selection to peruse, but had the two or three top selling models. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and slightly annoyed when I asked a few questions. Even though they weren't busy, they seemed bothered.4. Home Depot in Jersey City 07310180 Twelfth St Jersey City, NJ 07310Top ReviewsManager exceptionally helpful re accessing garden center. Many staff people available for questions. Ladies' room was spotless at 8 am. No one objected to our well trained Labrador dog accompanying us.ReviewsTerrible customer service. I went in today for a clogged toilet and asked which product could work. Was told by the associate that he doesn't work in the department and he made no attempt to help - I asked him if he could please find someone who does and he literally said yeah ok and walked away. I waited and got zero help. Saw other associates who literally did not care. Worst Home Depot ever.Top ReviewsI have been to this branch quite many times for quick grab of household items and overall experience has been good. The staff are generally more knowledgeable about the products and where they are located, and also more friendlier and attentive than some other Homedepot stores I have been to. Location is also not bad at all, easy access right off rt 139 (just need to be careful and stay on left otherwise you will be "routed" right across Hudson River to Manhattan :-).5. The Home Depot in New York, NY980 3rd Ave New York, NY 10022Top ReviewsWow this place has everything. They even have Charmin Toilet Paper, Tissues, Paper Towels...I love their garden selection and I always get my keys made here plus my light bulbs. The prices are good! The people that work here really help you out and know where everything is. They are social distancing in check out and it's fast. In the last year I bought my AC, Ring Door Bell and a refrigerator here. Also I needed touch up paint and they matched my color exactly and I got runner for my door. It really is a good place for a Tool Time Girl like me.RecommendedLarge store, several floors. There is everything, even if it is located in the tight city. Kind service, average prices. public toilets, several quick payment stations etc.ReviewsThis location is OK, my fave being the one on 23rd street. Staff is just not on it here for the most part. I went in looking for some plumbing supplies, one guy sends me to another and then to another only to tell me he's not sure about the part being in stock. Had to call in yet another guy, after about 20 minutes of this I set out on my own and found the pieces and left. Its a decent selection here but if you do have to go to this location you have to know what you're looking for. Of course I stopped off at Dylan's Candy nearby after!Like it?
