My boyfriend and I were browsing for meat alternatives for our "meatless monday" and Sterling took the time to help and give personal recommendations which he did not have to do. He was super friendly and went above and beyond.ReviewsStaff is fantastic waiting in the line the offer hand sanitizer water wonderful my favorite black security Guard is always there greeting you with his beautiful smile and today this young fine white guy Sterling looking like a rockstar was there asked Eve and I if there's anything that we need he actually got several things for us put it in the basket it was super friendly and super nice he acted as if the store was his store and he was taking care of us personally and my cashier Adam was fabulous and the manager was the Asian lady she was wonderful as well all the different nationalities there it's always exciting going there they treat you like family loveRecommendedStopped here on a whim walking home. Surprisingly no huge line outside, I was greeted w/ a spritz of hand sanitizer which is cool. A little cramped space wise but doable. Got in & out out pretty quickly which is always nice. I took him up on his offer and I was not disappointed! He gave me very detailed and intelligent descriptions of the wines I was interested in as well as suggesting some I may not of picked up! Well, word to the wise, this store lets her shop there! I just saw her dumb ass today where they let her shop without a mask. I called them afterwards and asked why they let her in (as several customers and even a few cashiers were wondering), and their response was "Oh well, we can't really enforce it." It is sooooo easy to park in its validated, underground parking, and such a pleasant experience to shop for all my favorite delights from the ready made sandwich wraps and salads, to breakfast treats. I love to have people over to eat so TJs is my go-to for the goods & beautiful flowers and never disappoints. Staff is also very sweet and helpful every.single.time I checkout. And again, I love the validated parking. I will be back!RecommendedThe quality of produce is horrible it doesn't look fresh at all. If you visit another Trader Joe's they all have fresh food.
