In general, the customer service has been poor and whenever you need service from the bank you will usually get some type of sales pitch to buy their products. Recently there have been reports of coin shortages in circulation and I asked Diana who I believe is an assistant manager if I could bring in a large number of coins. She told me that unless I have a business account at the bank, they will only accept rolled coins. This bank certainly could easily arrange to take coins and electronically count them for you rather than have you waste hours of time rolling them.
