This is a great spot. Each employee I've encountered here has been very helpful, patient and kind. I really appreciate the extra effort that takes especially on harder days. Also very impressive how smoothly and safely they have things going during the pandemic. I'm sure we're all on our toes and pretty anxious about our own and each other's health and they're doing an unbelievable job here keeping everyone safe and helping us out in the process. Oh, and of course delicious foods and drinks for great prices and the stock is usually great.

My boyfriend and I do our grocery shopping at Trader Joe's every weekend (usually the one, by USC. That one is usually super crowded with students ). This TJ's is clean, less crowded, which is nice!

What's up with the big delivery truck blocking the way whenever i come?? This market is my favorite market. I come here once or twice a week for years and recently i find the delivery truck parked next to the market on the narrow alley, nearly blocking the parking entrance. I don't come on a specific time, i sometimes come in the morning, around noon or afternoon. And from sometime, the truck is there whenever i come. It's really annoying. Blocking the way that is only big enough for a one car to drive by.. right in front of parking lot. Why is it there all the time in the business hours? Isn't the delivery should come before store opens?

Usually, I go to big market instead of Trader Joe's if I need to buy something. But that day, my girl friend need something from Trader Joe's so I came with her. While we were shopping at the market,I checked pet's food section too. I felt like Trader Joe's obsessed with the needs of their customers than any other big markets. They can't display lot of kinds because they are already small market. However, they had some unique treats and healthy one(omega3)!!! Fortunately, he likes it.

Trader Joe's is the best supermarket you'll find in California. It might not be the cheapest one but the shelves are packed with amazing stuff for or less. The best thing about Trader Joe's is that you'll find so many products from different cuisine types. To make things better this store's decoration and setting resembles Hollywood. It's very unique, creative and artistic, turning this already special store into something even more special.

3. Trader Joe's in West Hollywood, CA

Instead of steadily managing the inflow and outflow of customers, this location does a very odd thing where they let too many people in, realize they're at capacity, then just close their doors for 15-20 minutes. The tape outside is faint and confusing. Nobody stands at the door so you just feel totally alone and frustrated. It's... not great.

I was in LA over the weekend and we were in the Santa Monica area and decided to come in here to get some familiar snacks for home like the crunchies, mint melts and some lotion. Same great price as wHEN I go shopping across the border. Everything is nicely laid out and the staff were super helpful.

The customer service is inconsistent here, the employees who've been at this location are great. I've noticed some newer employees are icy. I don't know what's going on at this location but it's going down hill. Also, please figure out what you're doing with the check out lines. Especially express check out. I come in the store in a great mood, then leave super frustrated.

Did not let me return or refund unopened product that tastes bad. Employee was not helpful regarding this.

Like most Trader Joe's, very friendly staff that are always helpful. They have handled the strains of the pandemic pretty well. Food is always restocked and line wait times are fairly low.

This store is doing a fantastic job during the LA quarantine. They have a well organized system of lining up to enter store using taped marks for distancing, and limit tthe number of people in the store at any one time. Well stocked shelves with everything I needed. Well organized single line to check out, with plenty of friendly checkout clerks. And seniors can enter without waiting in line from 9-10 am. A very pleasant experience and a comfort to know they are there during this unusual time.

This location is super convenient for USC students since it is located in the village. There is free 2 hour parking with validation in the underground parking structure. This Trader Joe's can get pretty busy and you'll have to wait in a long line to check out but it moves relatively fast so you won't wait more than 10 minutes. The staff is overall very friendly.

I will update this review when this store corrects this awful mistake they have recently made with their "amusement park" style cashing lines. New stanchions/ one or two lines for all cashiers is a terrible idea. Trying to shop around these lines of people and their stuff is impossible. I have walked in and walked right out. Please go back to each cashier having their own line.
