Too few employees here. Came in at 4:05 and because they only have 5 employees for the entire bank and only one person handling the teller cage I had to wait from 4:05 to 4:25 before I was able to speak to someone and handle my bank business that is totally unacceptable and the only reason that happens is one of two things, 1 they're looking to close down this branch and they don't want to invest any more Personnel or 2 they preferred to get a bigger profit from this location and expect everyone to go online to handle business so that they can lay off more people! Shame on corporate Bank of America my bank since 1967

Very long lines. Always just one teller working. Has become a worse nightmare with the coronavirus. Lines seem double.

I missed my chance to leave corp survey feedback but I've always loved this branch. But especially last Friday when Nancy Hong let us come in for an extensive notary exercise to finalize a time sensitive matter. Not only did it take an hour, vs 15 min, and for free and late on a Friday, but she made sure we also notarized additional docs to help us close down accounts we didn't know we needed to do... which saved us another trip back. This is why I left Wells Fargo years ago and love BofA. She was awesome. As a platinum customer, you have my loyalty and my referral!

The worst BoA location ever!! 10 people at work and only 1/2 tellers!! And the rest just walking around doing nothing and the result is that every single time we need at least an hour for any service!! Ridiculous!! All of you!!!

10 negative stars for this bank. They only have 3 tellers and there's ALWAYS at least 10 people in line. If there are only 2-3 tellers and 8 personal bankers, how does one feel? I get most irritated when the tellers make unnecessary small talk with customers when there are 10-15 people in line. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Omg. I rather walk 4 blocks the other way to bank with Wells Fargo then deal with this crazy nonsense understaffing BS where are your priorities situation.

Sorry, but stopping by after work around 4:30pm I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. There were 2 employees helping out, but all of a sudden one of the employees decides to start walking around and doing stuff in the back. Excuse me, but there is a line of about 5 people and we are not moving. I don't think there is something that important to tend to in the back (I can see her doing nothing) that you can help move the line along. Pretty frustrating, but most BofA's are like this. Always a long line and no workers.

Oohmygosh.. this teller employee name i think "Arceli" she is latino kind of fluffy, however, she has the worst attitude. No hi and no bye and did not even ask if i need anything else. She does not even look into your eyes. She has horrible attitude that i think bank of America should not allow her to work there.

3 Negative stars on line service. it feels like torture every time I go here. I'm am so disgusted at having to wait a ridicules long time during med day. I don't understand why this bank does not staff enough. Banks should know when customers need service around lunch and between then to closing people have to go to work and return from work. I't is also aggravating to see a line of 10 to 15 customers with only to two out of 4 to 8 windows open. I'm sure who but someone not doing there job. I should not have this kind of experience.

How can they have just one teller out of 10 windows! The waiting time has been enormous. This bank is not serving this community appropriately.

Ridiculous. Generally unresponsive, says he'd do things but not do it, never follows up, rarely follows through. Getting him to move things along was like pulling teeth. Asked him for estimates. No response until I asked again a week later. Asked him for a copy of my credit score (previous brokers never had any problem with this), said he would, then didn't.

Since they built a wall and got rid of tellers (as well as really nice managers...) there is always a ridiculous line with only one teller. They are trying to train people to use apps and machines but it's not working. I've talked to other customers waiting in line, equally frustrated, and some have told me that they had to spend their entire lunch break to make a deposit. So sad. I long for a bank that builds community and not walls...

Hours are not posted and when you call, they ask you to check the website for hours. I checked the website and confirmed that they were open and paid for parking just to show up and have a guy tell me that they are only open for merchant services until 12pm even though the bank is pretty much empty. Guy claims that they have a lot of catching up to do and asked that I come back in an hour. Sure, I understand the pandemic is rough, but it is not an excuse to be lazy and be worse that you already were before all this. Very disappointing visit.

Just the worst. Only one teller working and tells the whole line of people she is going to be 15 mins with ONE customer. This place has the worst customer service and a store manager that tries to sell you every loan they offer. Why would I ever open more accounts with you when you cannot handle the ones I do have. I've been really happy with Bank of America in general but I would advise steering clear of this branch. Try Castro where they have way more people working, and better customer service.
