Paul talks a reasonable quantity about management in 1st Timothy. In reality, he states in 1 Timothy 3 that if "any guy desires the office of overseer, it is a great work he desires to do". That need to suggest its fine to wish to remain in management. But what does being a leader in the Body of Christ look like? Is it one of position and power, or entirely something different? In Mark 9:33 -34, the disciples are seen suffering through a rather embarrassing moment.ah, but a teaching minute as well. Jesus asks what they were discussing, and no one desired to 'fess up' with the truth that they were talking about something truly silly. Busted!
