Really bad experience with banker Ghassan! And he never replied customer phone call or email if there is a problem with your account.

Friendly Staff. Their assistant manager Sanly is awesome. We come in on Saturdays and she always goes above and beyond for helping us get set up. The fact that this place has parking, is next to the post office and shorter than most bank line-ups make it worthwhile to come.

My boyfriend and I have been banking here for years and every time we come here the service is very slow and there is usually only one clerk helping customers. Although the reps are very helpful I think it's inconvenient how long we have to wait in line to get help. Are you hiring? I will gladly change my review when I notice a faster pace here. I am just concerned. Thank you.

The lines at this location are unacceptable. I have never seen more than 2 tellers at once. I suspect this branch is understaffed given the financial circumstances of the population it serves. Worth less to us? Then you can pay with your time. (Expect 20-30mins on peak days, easily 10ppl in line at any time.)

I would like to warm thank Relationship Manager Mohamed Bayoumi for a great support and the highest professionalism working with me and my husband. We have just moved to the US and he helped us with accounts, cards, online banking and many more things! He was just as kind and supportive as a good old friend. Couldn't be better when it is your first ever experience with the American bank. We are lucky to have Mohamed Bayoumi as our Relationship Manager and we are completely satisfied working with him.

The bankers here are terrible. Incompetent slow staff. All I needed was a printout of my banking statements. Tellers refused to help me. Pointed me to bankers who were chit-chatting about non-bank related things.

If you thought your bank was bad then you have not walked into this BofA. Was forced to go here and never again! Thank god I walked out of this branch alive. Customer service is horrid and understaffed like a mofo.

I signed up for Bank of America and am a good loyal customer. One month, when we were about to have our second baby, we got hit with overdraft charges over the course of 2 days that totaled 0. I explained to the manager the situation (new baby arrival) and they refused to credit us. I understand not crediting us but the way the manager dealt with it was really rude and I can't believe they can live with keeping 0 from me for overdrafting on things like a cup of coffee. I am finding a new bank.

Scoundrels. Licensed to thieve. Wearing their questionable technical loopholes and hands-in-the air "Can't really help ya out with that, nope no manager here today" attitude like a thorny crown of inadequacy and fraud. B of A - you are truly the blight of bankdom.

Please give me another service charge. I love them so much. Need to put a hold on my paycheckk for ten days? I understand. Please keep my money. It is of no use to me.

This bank NEVER has more than 2 tellers and that is rare. I often wait in line 5-8 deep with only one teller. The tellers are nice but don't go here if you're in a hurry!!! Soooooo slow! Very the you hahahahahaha more?ifrustrating!!

Got there at 11:25 after finding out that my normal branch is closed for renovation. Entered to find out they are only serving business customers till noon, and can I please wait 35 minutes. I needed a high 4-figure money order to sign a new lease. Nope, sorry. YOU GUYS SUCK.

This is the branch that caused me to divest from Bank of America finally, closing my accounts for good. I was one of the activists responsible for San Francisco promising to divest millions from BoA due to their support of the Dakota Access Pipeline and the violence towards Native Americans and environmental destruction that came with it. As if that weren't enough, the red-haired older woman who stands uselessly at the front of the line, when I suggested she get more tellers actually working at the front desk, suggested I go online. To deposit the huge amount of cash I'd carried in there? How dare I cause such an inconvenience by actually walking into a bank (that I fund via my business and their useless fees)? Nevermind, I told her. I will deposit it into Alliant Credit Union instead.

Just the worst, won't help when you need it and will treat you like crap not matter what level you talk to. BofA in general is nothing but a vacuum for hope and progress in society with their lies and scumbaggery. If only they knew how profitable it was to help the ones who need it as opposed to the ones who don't.
