The last few visits here were nothing shy of a great experience. I'm always greeted by the manager there, Edward Lee, and I have to say that Bank of America has regained my faith and trust in their organization. Great financial advice to help me manage my money and great service, I can't ask for more from a bank.If Bank of America is reading this, please commend the staff there as they do an incredible job. But you guys need to get some more staffing as I see the manager and the same employees working hard around the clock!

This location is horrible. I only come here to make a Less than a minute Check deposit for my property and the line is always long due too the one maybe two Tellers on a good day. They are just slow and want to talk when they see it's a damn line. I only come the first of the month but it's like trying to find the right time to come when there is no line.

The lines at this location are unacceptable. I have never seen more than 2 tellers at once. I suspect this branch is understaffed given the financial circumstances of the population it serves. Worth less to us? Then you can pay with your time. (Expect 20-30mins on peak days, easily 10ppl in line at any time.)

I just opened up an account there with Stacee, their branch relationship manager, and it was without a doubt the most pleasant first time experience I've had in a bank then I can remember? In fact I commented to friends that I was fearful I would get a "big bank" clinical process in opening up an account there, and it was the exact opposite. JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Citibank... You should come to this branch and watch how Stacee runs her biz!

Sorry, but stopping by after work around 4:30pm I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. There were 2 employees helping out, but all of a sudden one of the employees decides to start walking around and doing stuff in the back. Excuse me, but there is a line of about 5 people and we are not moving. I don't think there is something that important to tend to in the back (I can see her doing nothing) that you can help move the line along. Pretty frustrating, but most BofA's are like this. Always a long line and no workers.

This bank takes forever every single time its a long ass wait. Not sure if its the tellers or always short on staff or what but man avoid this branch if possible if you are in a hurry.

3 Negative stars on line service. it feels like torture every time I go here. I'm am so disgusted at having to wait a ridicules long time during med day. I don't understand why this bank does not staff enough. Banks should know when customers need service around lunch and between then to closing people have to go to work and return from work. I't is also aggravating to see a line of 10 to 15 customers with only to two out of 4 to 8 windows open. I'm sure who but someone not doing there job. I should not have this kind of experience.

That's right, just one teller on duty during lunch time... amazingly slow service. Stone age. Not my bank, but I had to go in to pick up a delivery. Even Wells Fargo is way way better. Avoid this bank if you can.

Yelp needs a 0 star. Bank of America doesn't deserve one star. Bank of America is the WORST bank there is. Christian Connelly at 1656 California street during the crisis told us we would get the no fee loan. He then changes our loan to the standard rate when no discount was applied. I will never use Bank of America for anything again. They are crooks, thieves and liars! Go to any mortgage company other than them and especially stay away from Christian Connelly!

Ridiculous. Generally unresponsive, says he'd do things but not do it, never follows up, rarely follows through. Getting him to move things along was like pulling teeth. Asked him for estimates. No response until I asked again a week later. Asked him for a copy of my credit score (previous brokers never had any problem with this), said he would, then didn't.

I give them the worst review. My grandmother is elderly and I help her with her independence and they are very rude. Eric is rude and talks very mean and loud, practically yelling. Another women as well and when I get her name I will make another post as well. They should be helping me help my grandmother but instead they make it very difficult for me to help her. My grandmother has been a member of this bank since the 1960's or 1970's and she is very appalled the way they treat her and her grandson, me. Very bad business. Oh, she is also elderly and they never have a teller for the elderly and always pass her up in line no matter when she gets there, they finish the line before they help her. They help the people that even came after her and just keep her waiting there. Just a horrible place.

I have been a very long term customer of this branch of Bank of America. In general, the customer service has been poor and whenever you need service from the bank you will usually get some type of sales pitch to buy their products. Recently there have been reports of coin shortages in circulation and I asked Diana who I believe is an assistant manager if I could bring in a large number of coins. She told me that unless I have a business account at the bank, they will only accept rolled coins. This bank certainly could easily arrange to take coins and electronically count them for you rather than have you waste hours of time rolling them. If you look at the slogans this branch has posted outside their office you will see that in spite of what they say, they do not have our back and we are not in this together.

It's always the same when I come inside, which thankfully is not often. Curt, unhappy tellers. I need to find someplace else to do my banking.

Several years ago we opened savings accounts for our children. When we went back recently to make a deposit, the money was all gone. We were told that the account had been closed due to inactivity and the money sent to the state. (It isn't in the unclaimed funds database, btw). All this, without any notification or a phone call? This is the worst possible neighborhood banking experience.
