I had to make a fraud claim, of a minor amount of $, and nevertheless, Mr. De La Torre worked on my behalf, helping navigate through the bumps along the way. He was diligent and thorough and did not 'rest' until every aspect of this issue was settled for me. I have rarely had the good fortune to be treated with such professional courtesy by one so clearly committed to doing their job with skill and warmth. I think BofA is fortunate to have an employee who does the bank so proud. He assured me that it was taken care of, but the transfer never went through and I was in arrears (trouble) with my landlord. So I went back and asked to speak with a different officer in order to fix the problem. This officer arranged, against my instructions, to have two transfers a month in two different amounts withdrawn from my account. In other words, the bank is siphoning money out of my account without my permission. I suggest that you keep and eye on your accounts and transactions; they may not be what you intended.
