Giving them one start is way to high . The stores layout makes no sense / not Organized at all . Never seen a store with so many out of order shopping carts . Also I want to know why the security team is the only ones that work . Employees will hang around all day on their phones and bypass customers in need but they security staff basically stop and frisk you

I asked the actual agent in the actual kitchen-planning area to help me find a butcher block and he said since what I described wasn't in stock I should go online and order it. He was sitting literally in front of his terminal. There were no other customers around. Literally the kitchen planning agent telling me to go plan myself. And we wonder why retail is in trouble.

This place is truly the most disgusting and disturbing Home Depot I have ever walked into. Talk about ghetto And the most non helpful staff! After all that I still made a purchase out of necessity; only to open up a damaged item. Now I have to go back...

2. The Home Depot in New York, NY 10010

I had an easy time finding a niche product here. The location is surprisingly spacious. I was especially impressed with how seamlessly this store incorporated an employee who is deaf. In a world of social media virtue signalling, it's great to see a busy store 'walk the walk' when it comes to inclusion.

A little difficult to navigate because of the dissent levels. The home depot app sent me to the wrong aisle, a very helpful associate gave accurate directions (although he seemed partially blind). He knew where stuff was off the top of his head.

Disappointed. I really expected more. They had almost nothing that I wanted. No, it wasn't due to COVID-19 . They are pet friendly & I need to get rid of & repel NYC pests. However, the workers were helpful. They just could use more workers, but that is everywhere.

3. The Home Depot in Brooklyn 11232

I can't think of less pleasant experience short of water boarding than shopping in home depot. The staff is rare as oxygen on the moon. And when you find one they're clueless. The bins are all confused, and everything is helter skelter. That's the better ones. The Hamilton Ave store is one of the worst ones, they are hostile, unhelpful, and everything you don't want from a store.

This place has beyond terrible customer service. I asked a gentleman to please find out for me if the sod they sold was treated with chemicals, he said he would find out. We waited 20 minutes, he walked right by us and pretended we weren't there. Everytime I ask for help they tell me to ask someone else, home depot is the worst!

Stole my 700 dollars I returned merchandise and the manager shamica never processed the refund. I called the bank and they said home Depot Denies it. I been trying to reach the manager at this Home Depot with no luck. I also called the corporate office and they said they will call me back which they never did.

This store is the worst and should be avoided at all costs. They sold us a defective GE washer dryer (GE products are junk and should be avoided too). This store agreed to pick up their defective product after numerous phone calls and then failed to show several times. Basically lied to us at every turn. Their customer service is horrendous. You have been warned!

When my microwave oven died, I checked my neighborhood department stores. Then, just to be thorough, I went online. Home Depot offered a product that was better and cheaper than the places a few blocks from me. I was suspicious about the promise of same-day delivery for an extra .99, but I went for it, and by golly they came through. I was eating popcorn that very night.

Terrible customer service. I'd honestly want to work here because their employees just get paid to congregate in small packs around the store & ignore any & all customers.

I find this urban Home Depot convenient for me because it's only a few blocks from my office. I can walk there and pick up some small item I can carry in my bag, like fasteners, electrical parts, or tools and just take them home with me.Whereas if I wait to go home, I have to get in my car and drive a few miles away to get the same thing only now it will take me an hour vs. 20 minutes.

I love this place. I always get great customer service too, literally from everyone I've approached. I usually go here 1-3 hours before closing time, so maybe these are good times to shop (less customers, more employees available to help).

This location is OK, my fave being the one on 23rd street. Staff is just not on it here for the most part. I went in looking for some plumbing supplies, one guy sends me to another and then to another only to tell me he's not sure about the part being in stock. Had to call in yet another guy, after about 20 minutes of this I set out on my own and found the pieces and left. Its a decent selection here but if you do have to go to this location you have to know what you're looking for. Of course I stopped off at Dylan's Candy nearby after!
