I acknowledge that incompetence is the norm in Miami, but having to wait over 2.5 hours for a pre-employment drug screen is outrageous, especially while the employees are clearly not busy, in the back laughing and joking in Spanish. I also had came the day before, but was turned away because testing "ends at 2:00 pm." Then why is your closing time listed as 3:00 pm? The guy @ the front desk isn't really friendly, I asked for the price and he wasn't specific with me. The short nurse drew my blood quicker than anyone and was gentle but again, not really friendly.
