Friendly staff working here, no lines upon coming in which is a good thing. Some of the bank branches I've been to tends to be busy most of the time. Nice spot for a Bank of America branch here in Diamond Heights Shopping Center. United States Postal Service Facility is just a short walk from here. Looking for a BofA branch with no lines? This is the branch to consider coming into!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Set up a direct deposit today and was helped by Richard Ralston. He was extremely helpful and professional. Cassandra was also very helpful.I rarely go to the bank anymore but it's great to see you have excellent staff!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been banking here for years and every time we come here the service is very slow and there is usually only one clerk helping customers. Although the reps are very helpful I think it's inconvenient how long we have to wait in line to get help. Are you hiring? I will gladly change my review when I notice a faster pace here. I am just concerned. Thank you.

The worst BoA location ever!! 10 people at work and only 1/2 tellers!! And the rest just walking around doing nothing and the result is that every single time we need at least an hour for any service!! Ridiculous!! All of you!!!

The bankers here are terrible. Incompetent slow staff. All I needed was a printout of my banking statements. Tellers refused to help me. Pointed me to bankers who were chit-chatting about non-bank related things.

Don't even bother coming here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes. There's ALWAYS only one teller and this has been a problem for months. I don't understand why the other people walking around can't assist. I advise finding another location to go to like I did. Unfortunately, it's really out of the way. I'm considering switching banks.

Longest line I have ever stood in for a bank. And slowest. And rude customer service, making an elderly woman stand in line who clearly needs two people (her granddaughter and daughter) to help her walk. Good grief.

I can't complain ... the ATM's give me money, I don't need to see a teller often, if at all, and don't pay any service charges with my ATM checking. I did lose some cash in those new cash counting ATM's and the tellers inside were able to help retrieve the cash. Next thing I need to do is put some documents in a safe deposit box.

They have the WORST services and directories. It is so difficult to get directed to the "right department" when you have questions. You go in circles everytime. I don't know why I keep the savings account. Probably becasue it's my oldest bank account and i figure "how much can they screw up a savings account" but it's possible.

Ridiculous. Generally unresponsive, says he'd do things but not do it, never follows up, rarely follows through. Getting him to move things along was like pulling teeth. Asked him for estimates. No response until I asked again a week later. Asked him for a copy of my credit score (previous brokers never had any problem with this), said he would, then didn't.

I am a regular customer for this branch lately I Have seen a new guy on teller very rude no Customer service experience. I never met this kind of people in bank teller, I guess management needs to train him how to talk with Customer and give better service.

I have been a very long term customer of this branch of Bank of America. In general, the customer service has been poor and whenever you need service from the bank you will usually get some type of sales pitch to buy their products. Recently there have been reports of coin shortages in circulation and I asked Diana who I believe is an assistant manager if I could bring in a large number of coins. She told me that unless I have a business account at the bank, they will only accept rolled coins. This bank certainly could easily arrange to take coins and electronically count them for you rather than have you waste hours of time rolling them. If you look at the slogans this branch has posted outside their office you will see that in spite of what they say, they do not have our back and we are not in this together.

Just the worst. Only one teller working and tells the whole line of people she is going to be 15 mins with ONE customer. This place has the worst customer service and a store manager that tries to sell you every loan they offer. Why would I ever open more accounts with you when you cannot handle the ones I do have. I've been really happy with Bank of America in general but I would advise steering clear of this branch. Try Castro where they have way more people working, and better customer service.

This is as close to an old-fashion to bank, with personalized service, as Bank of America is ever going to be. It has a great neighborhood feel
