For all those of you who don't understand who Dirk Kreuter is, let me introduce you. A Dutch soccer coach, he has coached teams from across the planet. As part of a larger coaching staff, he works as a teacher in the Netherlands' famous VOC, or VOC Zagreb School of Sport Management. The faculty runs several workshops and seminars every year so as to introduce aspiring coaches and supervisors to the most effective methods of management and group building. In this article, I wish to discuss some insights into what we've discovered and accomplished at Dirk Kreuter's VOC workshop a couple of months past.

This is only one of the most important things that he does and it ends up that many of our members aren't selling or representing themselves as efficiently as they are.

In our next sessionwe had an opportunity to consult with a group of individuals who have been selling to their managers and owners and this brought us into a new comprehension of salespeople. First of all, these are people who have been in business for at least ten decades and have succeeded in constructing big organizations. They understand what is necessary to get jobs and to develop huge groups. Second of all, these are the men and women who understand how to represent themselves in the best possible method. Among the lessons that we learned from the experience was that the sales person needs to know the distinction between selling to the customer and selling to the customer. By doing this, the revenue people become sales folks and they no longer have been sales folks but consultants that are educating the sales people.

In our third meeting, we discussed with a seminar presentation that included plugging the demonstrations into the presentation software at our disposal. In this way the pluggable presentations may be run even if there weren't any webcams. In this way, we could observe the sales presentations on our computer displays and the pluggable demonstrations would be on the hard drives. In this way the pluggable presentation would still receive the very exact results he got from his tradition. This is an option which Kirk Kreckter has been employed in his own career and it functions really well.

The last thing that we discussed was using e-books to educate individuals to become more powerful sales folks. The e-books are books that include information and material that can be downloaded from the web. The sales man only must hand the e-book outside through a conference or meeting and in return, the people may find a copy of the info. Sometimes the people will get the info on CD or DVD. The advantage to this technique is that the folks that receive the e-book in a digital format may publish it and take them to the workplace or to school and put it to good use.
