Women in leadership can improve a leadership style by studying how other significant leaders lead. One of the most visible leaders are Presidents of any nation. Each United States President has shown a special and specific style of leadership and President Obama is no exception. Blue Leadership. The blue leader manifests the results of the sky and the sea, which are colored blue. Blue Leadership in this sense is a representative of peacefulness and strength of character.
