Bot Support and Chat Bots IntegrationPosted by Larsson Montoya on February 11th, 2021 Messenger Bot Support Desk & Logout is an application designed by Google to allow you to run a customised web support desk for Messenger Bot, which integrates with the Bot Support WordPress theme available from the WPTuts+. This theme has become extremely popular with bloggers around the world, as it enables them to create a customized support desk with links to their favorite blogs and podcasts. This application will enable you to create your very own support desk, which will feature a single menu that can be edited by a wide variety of user permissions. This customised WordPress support desk will display all chat messages and other information about your Bot. It also includes a number of useful features such as a "Whois", "GHost", "HTT Trace", "Bot Stats" and "Bot FAQs". The Bot Support Desk can be used in conjunction with the Bot Web Portal, which was developed to provide easy access to your Bot's logs and chat history. By using the Portal, you can find and read your Bot's help documentation, as well as see related help topics, view the latest Bot updates and view your Bot's help files. If you have difficulties with a particular part of your Bot Support, you can use the "Help" function of your Bot Support Web Portal to post your problem there, or you can email your problem to Google Support so they can assist you. Your support desk link can be replaced by your Bot support desk URL, which makes it easy for customers to find your help desk. In this case, my Bot Web Portal was used in combination with the messenger Bot support desk provided by Google's own Messenger Service (which is not free). Using these two tools, I was able to improve the productivity of my internal support team and reduce their load by automating tasks that used to be performed manually.
