Scholarships are available at Masters, Masters to PhD or PhD after a 4-Year Bachelors Programme. SINGA is a Fully Funded Scholarship Funded by the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a partnership between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), National University of Singapore (NUS), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Famed and world-renowned researchers will supervise students in these labs. Upon successful completion, students will receive a PhD degree from one of the top 3 Universities of Singapore, either NTU, NUS or SUTD. The application process is completely online. It will teach all the courses in English. Language requirements IELTS / TOEFL are optional and may be required sometimes from any university.
