The fact is that we can easily be fooled into thinking that we can use just about any coat hanger with some types of clothes while the truth is that isn’t so. Plastic baby coat hangers, for example may crack at some point, making it easy for us to damage the clothes we on them. The same thing can happen, even though it’s not that often, to wooden coat hangers. Damaged or splint wood can easily get stuck in the clothes, and wooden splints in a piece of clothing can leave scars and irritate the skin of our baby. The safest choice may seem to be metal coat hangers, and it is indeed, as these have few or no detachable parts.
