After acquiring TEC certification login, you can apply online

After you’ve cleared the first hurdle towards your TEC certificate, you can file the application. 

1. Click on the link that allows you to TEC certificate apply online. 

2. Once clicked, you’ll be directed to the application form. 

3. Start filing the application – putting precise and correct details at the intended places. 

4. Provide the documents required:

1. Copy of the manufacturing license of the product from the foreign OEM

2. Copy of the trademark registration of the product

3. An authority letter to authorize the AIR.

4. Sample of the product you want to import

5. Entire brand details of the product

6. Bill of the Material

7. Circuit diagram of the product. 

8. PCB layout of the product. 

9. Details of the model of the series

10. Copy of the label

11. Support from the Original Equipment Manufacturer in case functional testing is required. 

5. Let the product go through all kinds of testing to ensure the safety, versatility and legality of the product. 

6. Get the TEC certification once the product gets the appropriate approval.
