1. Use Light Shades

Usage of softer materials for bed-sheets, pillow covers and curtains is apt during the hot season. Swap your upholstery and cushion covers with lighter fabrics and cooler prints to give your room a nice summery, breezy vibe.

3. Keep your Windows and Doors Closed

Setting your fan counter-clockwise (forward) in summers at a higher speed, will allow you to experience cool air by lowering the room temperature. Further, leave on the exhaust fan in your kitchen for a long time. This is will throw out the hot air.
