World football ruling body, Cheap FUT Coins has sold the media rights for the 2026 World Cup for all FIFA competitions between 2023 and 2026 to the United States' Rupert Murdoch's Fox and NBC Universal's Telemundo, as well as CTV/TSN in Canada.

The value of the deal is believed to have surpassed the previous ones sold by the apex football body, although the actual has not been disclosed.

FIFA's Director of TV, Niclas Ericson, said that the latest agreements guaranteed "wide distribution" for FIFA tournaments across the US and Canada. "Together, we will be able to further promote football in North America and build on the impressive interest shown by audiences in these major territories during the 2014 FIFA World Cup," Ericson added.

FIFA's accounts showed that that the revenue generated from television broadcasting contracts in the US in 2014 doubles the revenue covering North America and the Caribbean in the first three years of the 2011-14 cycle, totalled around 6 million.
